Aging In Place Community Program

This program is tailored for homeowners 65+ living in the Denver metro area. 

• Seniors who want to age in place safely and keep their homes well-maintained. 
• Older adults who may be on a fixed income and need extra support with window cleaning (especially hard-to-reach windows), floor care and slip-prevention, exterior cleaning and safety-related upkeep.

Services We Offer Through the Program

Eligible homeowners may receive discounted or no-cost services based on need, availability, and project scope. Services may include:

Window Cleaning

• Interior and exterior window cleaning, high and hard-to-reach windows, glass doors, entryways, and patio doors

Floor & Hard Surface Care

• Carpet cleaning & extraction for high-traffic areas, VCT tile floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing), hard-surface cleaning to reduce buildup and improve safety.

Exterior & Safety-Focused Cleaning

• Pressure washing of walkways, entryways, and steps. 
• Cleaning around main entrances to reduce slip and trip hazards.

In each visit, our goal is to help create a cleaner, safer environment that supports mobility and peace of mind.

How Discounts & Free Services Work

We know every household’s situation is unique. Our Aging In Place program is designed to be flexible and compassionate.

Discounted Rates:

Many seniors receive special pricing on eligible services.

Free Services:

In some cases, based on need, income, and availability, we are able to provide free services—especially for essential safety-related solutions.

Customized Plans:

We’ll work with you to prioritize the areas that matter most (entryways, key living spaces, heavily used floors, and frequently used windows/doors). During your free estimate, we’ll talk through your needs, explain what’s possible, and design a plan that fits your situation.
