Perfect for Homes & Businesses

Residential

Kitchens, basements, laundry rooms, rec rooms—VCT is tough, but it still needs the right finish cycle. We clean, protect, and polish so floors look bright and are easier to maintain.

Popular add-ons: grout/tile cleaning in adjacent areas, baseboard detailing, protective chair glides.

Commercial

Keep high-traffic spaces clean and brand-ready with predictable gloss levels and planned downtime.

Industries served: office, retail, restaurants, schools, healthcare/clinics, municipal facilities, multi-family common areas, warehouses/offices, faith centers.

Our Professional Process

  1. Walkthrough & Gloss/Traffic Assessment – identify soil load, finish thickness, and goals
  2. Dry Soil Removal – dust mopping & edge vacuuming for optimal adhesion
  3. Strip or Top-Scrub – machine agitation; controlled dwell time; edge detail
  4. Neutralize & Rinse – ensure proper pH for finish bonding
  5. Sealer & Finish Application – 2–5 coats (based on traffic/appearance targets)
  6. High-Speed Buff/Burnish (as applicable) – enhance clarity and scuff resistance
  7. Final Inspection & Cure Guidance – re-open timelines and daily care tips

Maintenance Plans (Best Value)

  • Burnish Program: Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly burnishing to maintain gloss & minimize recoats
  • Scrub & Recoat Cycle: Every 3–6 months (traffic-dependent) to reset clarity and film build
  • Annual Strip & Refinish: For very high-traffic environments—or every 18–24 months in moderate settings

FAQs

How long before we can walk on the floor?
Light foot traffic in 1–2 hours per coat (environment-dependent). Heavy traffic and furniture moves typically 24 hours after final coat.

What’s the difference between buffing and burnishing?
Buffing (low/standard speed) cleans and polishes; burnishing (high-speed 1500–2000+ RPM) hardens finish, increases gloss, and improves scuff resistance.

Will stripping damage my tile?
Not when done correctly. We use controlled chemistry, proper dwell, and thorough neutralizing to protect VCT and ensure strong finish adhesion.

How often should we strip and wax?
With a good burnish + scrub/recoat plan, many sites can extend full strip cycles to 12–24 months or longer, saving time and money.

Do you work after hours?
Yes—nights and weekends available to minimize downtime.

Daily Care Tips (To Protect Your Investment)

  • Use entrance matting (10–15 feet if possible)
  • Dust mop daily to remove grit that scratches finish
  • Spot mop spills promptly; neutral cleaner for routine mopping
  • Add chair glides and avoid black heel marks when possible
